We approached Marcanda to help us with some content articles for our blog. After an initial call to find out what we wanted to achieve, they researched and pulled the article together in just a few days. Marcanda held an initial workshop with our marketing team to help us identify our USP as a provider of consultancy and training in lone worker safety. This was an eye-opening experience as it made us think really carefully about how our offer differs from - and how we would like it to differ from - that of other providers in the market. After the initial workshop we met Marcanda again and Anna and Caroline helped us construct our marketing plan for the year. This helped us to develop strategies to maximise the many opportunities (internal and external) to promote our training and consultancy and to resist the temptation to treat each one as a standalone event rather than part of a coherent plan. It has been great being able to tap into Marcanda's experience of marketing and business processes and we are looking forward to working with the team to develop our plans for the coming months and years.
Anna and Caroline have helped me gain clarity about an appropriate marketing approach for my business. Anna has eighteen years' experience in marketing. She has developed and delivered numerous lead-generating and awareness-raising marketing campaigns on a global scale, incorporating digital, social, direct marketing and events. She combines knowledge of successful marketing strategy with practical real-life experience.
Caroline has spent the past sixteen years working in IT and business consultancy in a multitude of roles covering development, project management, change management and communications. She loves a technical challenge and delving in data to produce understandable metrics but also thrives on finding the right words to get the message across.
